  • Deluxe

40 square meter rooms with large tub, patio and garden views.

    Deluxe

Once used as barn, this room, on the ground floor, is a large space where the four-poster bed triumphs between pure white and light veils and a solid but unexpected headboard, just like an old door fixed to the wall can be.

To the old olive tree branch that acts as wardrobe, is hanged the nightdress from an old trousseau, ready to be worn in the evening before falling asleep.

In the bathroom, the two sinks are stone made, just like the square bathtub which is accessible going down two little steps.

Outside, the private patio embraced by flowerpots and hedges, opens onto the garden.

In this room, the windows have internal shutters instead of curtains.

  • Classic Room

25 square meters room with garden view

    Classic Room

Detached from the main building and close to the reception area, here once used to be the chicken coop of the Masseria.

The total white of the room is interrupted only by the opaque blue of the tapestry and by the colors of the flowers and twigs collected in the garden or around the fields.

The ladder leaning against the wall and the old wooden chest of drawers are the ones of the old farmers tradition, just like the missing wardrobe, substituted by a beautiful olive branch.

In the front, there’s the patio where during the warm months you can have breakfast, and a green space that continues in the orchard, amongst fig trees, olive trees, mulberry and cherry trees.

In this room, the windows have internal shutters instead of curtains.

35-40 square meters Rooms with separate living area. Some have a fireplace.

    Junior Suite

The ground floor junior suite has been created where farmers used to live; the others on the first floor, are the old master rooms.

The white of the plaster, the pickled furniture, and the bed it’s punctuated here and there by the gentle colors of ecrù and grey, chosen to create harmonious and relaxing environments. The old niches crossed by a large branch or by a solid cane, are transformed into little wardrobes. In the bathrooms, for the base of the sink, we recovered old knurled wood laundry boards, now worn out by use, they are those called in Apulian dialect stricaturi.

The outdoor space can have the patio by the garden or the terrace with the pergola, overlooking the olive trees or the sea a little further on.

In the junior suite on the ground floor, the door window is protected by a linen curtain.

In the junior suites on the first floor, the windows have internal shutters instead of curtains. The bedrooms can be illuminated by natural light or receive it from the bathroom or the living area.

  • Suite

Room of 50 square meters overlooking the internal courtyard. Separate living area with fireplace

    Suite

Mimmo’s grandpa used to have a bedroom very similar to this one, with the floor made of old wooden boards. That’s why we dedicated him this suite.

The bedside tables are two illuminated niches and the secretaire in the front of the bed, in natural briarwood, stands out against the absolute white of the walls. There is no window here, but the room receives a lot of sunlight from the living room and from the large bathroom, with a beautiful masonry tub that faces the living room. Behind the sink, a long linen curtain hides the bathroom fixtures.

In the living room, the fireplace is next to the glass window that opens onto the terrace. The view faces the countryside and the sea in the distance; a pergola creates a cool shelter from the sun’s rays.

To do absolutely: sit on the sofa in front of the fireplace, look up and contemplate the vaults that draw a star on the ceiling.

In this suite, the windows have internal shutters instead of curtains.

  • Superior Room

30 square meter rooms with a patio and garden views

    Superior Room

The old tool shed, on the ground floor is today a cool room full of light. It opens onto a bed that serves as a sofa and two wooden chest of drawers brought back to their natural color.

A white linen curtain, held up by an old grape pole, descends from the sealing and wraps the double bed in an intimate embrace. The pillows lean on an old door of the masseria that now has become a headboard. The wardrobe is in a pretty niche, while old irons, horseshoes irons and a typical little capretta table are that extra gem for those who can’t get enough of tradition.

The bathroom is obtained from an under-stair closet, for this reason it is long and narrow, but at the same time graceful and equipped with everything you will need such as a shower and a beautiful stone sink.

The semi-arched ceiling makes is less suitable for tall people (unless they have a helmet 😉).

Outside the patio faces the garden.

In this room windows have internal shutters instead of curtains.
